Austin Peter

Austin Peterson is an 8 year old boy from Tomah, WI who has been diagnosed with a Brain Stem Tumor that is inoperable.  There is no known cure for his type of tumor.  He was diagnosed June 6th, 2007.  He has under gone Radiation and Chemo therapy for 6 weeks and just started a year cycle of a stronger dose of Chemo. 

Austin loves fishing, camping, running, nature walks, swimming, collecting bugs, riding ATV, playing on the farm and arts and crafts.  He played soccer for a three years and T-ball 2 years.  This year he wasn’t able to play, but he loves the outdoors.  He is a very loving and caring little boy.  He is always concerned about others and always wants to make people smile.  He has a strong faith in God and it shows in his personality.
